State insurance-mandate activity
No mandate activity found in our current tracking for New York. That is not a denial — in most cases your employer plan matters more than a state statute. Full list: state laws.
What to do with this
Medicaid survey rows and mandate bills are not a prior-authorization approval. Call the number on your ID card and ask whether the drug is covered for your diagnosis.
