GLP-1 coverage is YMYL (your-money, your-life) information. We would rather leave a cell blank than invent a yes.
isGLP1covered.com exists because people search “does Medicaid cover Ozempic” and get marketing pages that pretend every plan is the same. We publish what is in public documents, tell you the date we checked, and send you to the phone number that can actually see your contract.
We are not a medical provider, a broker, or an insurer. Nothing here is a coverage determination, prior-authorization approval, or medical advice. Confirm every number with your plan before you fill a prescription or pay cash.

Update cadence
- Medicaid and state-law tables are only as current as the cited survey or tracker date on that page. This market moves every quarter — re-check the source before you make a decision.
- The Medicare Part D page re-reads CMS’s monthly public-use file (cached up to 24 hours). CMS posts a new ZIP roughly monthly.
- Phone numbers on insurer pages are copied from the linked official contact page. If your ID card disagrees, the card wins.
Conflicts and commercial relationships
Cash-pay / telehealth comparison slots on this site are reserved for affiliate programs (for example Ro, Found, or PlushCare) if and when those programs accept us. Until a partner is live, that page stays a placeholder rather than a disguised endorsement. Manufacturer savings programs are described because they exist; we do not enroll you in them.
Corrections
If a cited figure is wrong, the source document — KFF, CMS, Pharmacy Times, HealthInsurance.org, or the insurer’s contact page — is the authority, not our headline. We would rather update a date than defend an outdated table.
